Before purchasing this program you would need to have at least 15-20 clean bodyweight pull ups first as that will mean you have a strong enough base to start this program and benefit from it. This is a 3 day a week training plan focusing on the exercises that will strengthen your scapula, lats and biceps to be able to pull yourself up with only a single arm.  By following this program it will give you guidance on how to learn this skill, wether you learn this in 12 weeks or more regardless this will give you the foundations to learn a one arm pull up.
