Stuck on the straddle planche? This is the program for you. This 12 week training plan will help you to bridge the gap between the straddle and the full planche. The difference between a these two skills is major but by following this training program I have designed through my 8 years of planche experience and knowledge, will help you to surpass all the struggles you normally would face in trying to learn the full planche. This is a 3 days a week training plan focusing on getting your shoulders, upper back and core strong enough to be able to finally surpass your limits in learning the full planche or at least get you one step closer as everybody progresses at different rates than others so this may not guarantee you a Full Planche in 12 weeks, it may take some longer than others so if that is the case you are able to still follow and repeat this training program until you eventually achieve the Full planche as this program has all the guidance you need to achieve this final goal.
